It’s hard to find a rooftop bar in Belgrade, which is not owned by a fancy hotel. An alternative is the Sinnermans Jazz Club, which is  located on the Nikola Pašić Square, a few minutes walk from the city center. Facing Dom Sindikata (a concert/theater hall and an office space at the same time), you will see an entrance on the left side of Šoljica Coffee. Once you are inside, turn left and take the elevator to the 7th floor.

Sinnerman Club offers you a fantastic view for discovering the roof of the Parliament, the Sv. Marko Church and the beautiful fountain in the middle of the Square.

During the day time you can relax on the roof, enjoy the view and have lunch. At night, the bar turns into a Club featuring smooth Jazz Music. A glass of white wine costs 160 Dinars (~1,20 €). All in all, a wonderful view for a fair price.
