The ritual of having breakfast and brunch out of your own home is becoming more and more popular in Belgrade. The following places certainly seem to know how to prepare well made eggs. And they all have something in common: they serve breakfast round the clock.
Deli10
Deli is always good for a mouthwatering breakfast or a brunch. Located in a green street of Vračar, Deli is known for its good quality food. If you prefer savory breakfast you can choose between a range of sandwiches (480-790 RSD), quesedillas (460 RSD) and bagels. (150-290 RSD)
If you choose the sweet version, you should definitely try American pancakes. (230 RSD). Come to think of it, why not treat yourself to a yummy chia pudding? (220 RSD) Their ginger lemonade is bound to give you a good start in the day. On an upside, Deli has a free delivery service during the week from 11:30 – 23:00, Sundays from 12:00 – 22:00. Besides food, you can also order wine, beer and other alcoholic drinks.

Red Bread
Red Bread is a very popular breakfast spot in Dorćol. The tiny restaurant is a perfect place for breakfast because of its cool neighbourhood. It is a smoke free place and the service is rather prompt and the staff are friendly. What is more, they have big portions and a lovely atmosphere.
Red Bread has a huge selection of toasted sandwiches filled with all manner of deli ingredients on their menu. (170-490 RSD) They offer egg dishes such as omlettes (320 RSD), scrambled and boiled eggs. (100, 250 RSD) I recommend the cinnamon bun (150 RSD) and the Canadian pancakes. (320-450 RSD)

Cveće Zla
Vračar’s new bistro was named after Charles Baudelaire’s volume of poetry The Flowers of Evil. It is located close to the Kalenić market, which is one more reason why this place rocks. The wine bar reminds me of Spain: it is a lively but relaxed place. While some people have their late breakfast, others enjoy their wine.
Cveće Zla has a three– in –one concept. It is a wine bar, a delicacy shop and a bistro at the same time. It is the perfect place to meet up with friends with a glass of wine, have a quick lunch or a late breakfast. Hedonists will certainly love it.

19grams
19grams stands for the amount of coffee in a double espresso. The new coffee place gained popularity amongst the locals quite quickly. They serve amazing (!) coffee and French/Italian breakfast. You can choose between different kinds of croissants (100-190 RSD), baguettes (220 – 330 RSD) and bruschetta with mozzarella and tomatoes or spinach and prosciutto.
If you prefer sweet breakfast, you can order crunch or one of their cakes. My recommendation for drinks is the home made ginger soda or one of the freshly squeezed juices. (170-270 RSD)
